Is Puyallup walkable?

Hey, I'm originally from Atlanta and Rent is about $1,750/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Boston it's excellent.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2015 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
