Hello, Homes are going for about $507,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
