Curious what people think. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $455,500 on average. Rent is about $1,469/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
