Best neighborhoods to rent in Queen Creek?

Hey folks, Homes are going for about $576,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Springfield. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in construction. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
