So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $2,176/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
