Hi all, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Queen Creek sits at 88.8 per 100K. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
