How are the schools in Quincy?

Alright, It's a a mid-size city city with about 101K people. You can expect to pay around $1,998 for rent here. Household incomes average around $95,711 in Quincy. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Korean places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've lived in North for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- The outdoor recreation scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
