Should I move to Quincy or stay in Miami?

OK so I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $95,711 in Quincy. Crime rate is something to consider -Quincy sits at 398.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $598,100, which is pretty steep. It's a a mid-size city city with about 101K people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Quincy?

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Hope this helps!.
