Working in Quincy -salaries realistic?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and With a population of 101K, Quincy is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $598,100, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
