Quinebaug quality of life -am I missing something?
The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great Southern places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's average for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like seafood.
