Considering Quinnesec vs Cleveland -help me decide

I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Quinnesec sits at 70.3 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is challenging in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much manageable but now it's tough.
