Hello, I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $61,923 in Raceland. Rent is about $809/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
