Cheapest neighborhoods in Racine?

Hello, The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Racine? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Riverside for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Close to major attractions
- The pet-friendliness scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
