Random thought, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $158,100 on average. Household incomes average around $55,705 in Racine. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks for reading.
