Just moved here 12 months ago and Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Radisson sits at 128.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $301,600 on average. With a population of 6,901, Radisson is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
