Crime rate is something to consider -Radisson sits at 128.1 per 100K. With a population of 6,901, Radisson is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
