Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 8 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Raeford sits at 339.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $177,900, which is actually reasonable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
