Commute times in Rahway -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 29,748 people. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'm a accountant and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

Moved here from Austin about 5 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to job market but Definitely worth checking out..

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The food scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much affordable but now it's hit or miss.
