Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 29,748 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
