We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $1,764 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,748 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks for reading. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Atlanta about 11 years ago. The main reasons were family and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are developing, gas is improving.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Feel free to reach out with questions..
