So, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $203,600, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $998/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
