Moving from Houston to Rainbow Park next month

Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community vibe is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
