Co-working spaces in Raleigh Hills?

Alright, Homes are going for about $865,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 6,669 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? Cheers.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Atlanta about 2 years ago. The main reasons were family and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Limited entertainment options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is improving.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Good luck with whatever you decide..
