Hey folks, Homes are going for about $865,500 on average. The median home value here is around $865,500, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
