With a population of 6,669, Raleigh Hills is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 6,669 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Raleigh Hills sits at 134.5 per 100K. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
