Leaving Kansas City for Raleigh - talk me into/out of it

Alright, need some real talk here.

Born and raised Raleigh. Never left. Nightlife is decent if you know where to go.

Unemployment at 3.2% is {unemp_feel}. Home prices averaging  is {home_feel}.

I don't understand why more people don't talk about Boylan Heights. The parks system here is underrated.

What's your experience been?

OK let me break this down from someone who's been here a while.

Boylan Heights vs Cary: completely different vibes. Boylan Heights is more decent with families and quiet streets. Cary is growing and better for young professionals.

Cost-wise, expect /mo minimum for anything decent in Boylan Heights. In Cary you can find stuff for /mo.

I keep discovering new spots even after {yr} years.. The school system in {hood} is actually {adj}.
