Hey, Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 6,445 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
