Random thought, Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The dating scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
