Hey, Homes are going for about $704,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 22,829 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
