Top 5 things I love about Ramona

So, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in government. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
