Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Close to nature
- Easy commute
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Hot summers
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Homelessness issues downtown
