Co-working spaces in Ramsey?

Hey everyone, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $345,000, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,780 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value school system, you'll love it. The safety is genuinely solid and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Downtown) is developing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Dallas, be prepared for the culture shock. community vibe is completely different here. And Road conditions need improvement.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 3 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in real estate. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..
