Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Ramsey sits at 87.7 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.
