Moving to Ramsey for work -advice?

My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,070 people. Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,780 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'm a teacher and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
