Raising a family in Ramsey -thoughts?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Moved here from Denver about 6 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to traffic but Hope this helps!.
