Studio apartments in Ramsey -options?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 7 years and Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $345,000 on average. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. Household incomes average around $112,060 in Ramsey. Crime rate is something to consider -Ramsey sits at 87.7 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Good schools
- Diverse community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Lack of diversity
- Far from major airports
Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I work in retail here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is decent. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
