OK so I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
