Why I chose Rancho Cordova over bigger cities

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 80,656 people. Household incomes average around $89,120 in Rancho Cordova. Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,698 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Rancho Cordova? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
