Is Rancho Cucamonga good for remote workers?

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 63°F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a mid-size city city with about 175K people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a contractor and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
