Raising a family in Rancho Cucamonga — thoughts?
The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,286/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $109,511 in Rancho Cucamonga. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
