First post here. We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Rancho Mission Viejo sits at 105.5 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
