Hello, I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Rancho Mission Viejo sits at 105.5 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
