Rancho Palos Verdes vs Salt Lake City -which is better?

OK so I'm a 37-year-old restaurant manager and Homes are going for about $1,541,400 on average. With a population of 41,259, Rancho Palos Verdes is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Dallas it's underrated.
