Hey, We have two kids and Median household income is $146,827, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $146,827 in Rancho Santa Margarita. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation?
