OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 47,257, Rancho Santa Margarita is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
