Randallstown is underrated, change my mind

Alright, Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,975 people. Homes are going for about $306,000 on average. Median household income is $88,544, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
Am I wrong here? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to LA it's solid.
