Planning a move to Randolph Town -neighborhoods?

We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Randolph Town sits at 238.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
