Is public transit usable in Ranger?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $836/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
