Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $49,821 in Rantoul. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Rantoul?

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
