Hey everyone, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 2,211 people. Household incomes average around $41,328 in Raoul. The median home value here is around $133,900, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
